Van 20 juli t/m 2 augustus is Couture College in verband met onze verhuizing gesloten.
Daarna zijn we bereikbaar (en worden de lessen gegeven) op Impuls 123, 1446 WE Purmerend.

Het Couture College in Purmerend is een modevakschool in Noord Holland opgericht door Corina van Diepen. Na jaren gevestigd te zijn aan de Einsteinstraat was het in 2017 tijd om te verhuizen naar een groter pand met meer mogelijkheden. Naast de dagelijkse naailessen kunnen er nu workshops, lezingen, e.d. georganiseerd worden.
Of je nu beginner bent of gevorderd, wilt leren naaien of patroon tekenen, op het Couture College is de professionaliteit aanwezig om een geweldig kledingstuk te maken wat precies bij jou past.
Tijdens de lessen is er veel aandacht voor materiaalgebruik, pasvorm, techniek en kleur & vorm in relatie tot jezelf.

Er wordt gewerkt in kleine groepen, zodat er veel individuele aandacht besteed kan worden aan ieders werkstuk. Cursisten bepalen zelf waar ze aan willen werken.
Door zelf je kleding te maken, kun je dicht bij je eigen normen en waarden/opvattingen blijven. Les bij het Couture College is vrij van de gedicteerde mode. Je bepaalt zelf welke lijnen jouw het beste staan en welke lengte van een broek/jurk/shirt e.d. je prettig vindt. Daarnaast maak jij de keuze in materiaalgebruik en indien gewenst dus ook herkomst hiervan. De werkzaamheden lever jezelf waarmee de herkomst en eerlijkheid van je kledingstuk veel bekender is dan de confectionaire stukken.
